About me
Nousheen Begum is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with over 10 years of experience in Security Operations (SOC), Incident Response, and GRC. She holds an M.S. in Cybersecurity from the University of Illinois Springfield and is a CISSP and CEH certified professional. Currently, she serves as the Vice President for the WiCyS Wisconsin chapter, the Membership Chair for the ISC2 Wisconsin Chapter, and the Social and Event Director for the ISACA Milwaukee Chapter. Nousheen is dedicated to advancing the role of women in the field and strengthening the regional security posture. Her expertise spans GRC, incident response, business continuity, and resilience. She is a frequent contributor to the Milwaukee and Chicago cybersecurity communities through her diverse leadership roles, mentoring initiatives, and commitment to fostering a collaborative environment for security professionals across the Midwest.
