For 12 years, she worked on the front lines, responding to real-world attacks and seeing firsthand where security controls succeed—and where they quietly fail.That experience shaped her focus on a critical problem in cybersecurity: the gap between assumed protection and actual effectiveness.For the past 6 years, Irina has led initiatives centered on continuous validation and adversary emulation, testing security controls against real-world attack techniques to ensure they perform when it matters most.
