About me
Thirty years of operational cybersecurity experience spanning municipal government, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors. Work includes forensic investigation, critical infrastructure protection, and the design and operation of shared regional security programs built for organizations that cannot sustain an in-house security operation. Has delivered cybersecurity training to 5,000+ federal, state, and local law enforcement professionals — including national intelligence, military, and major metropolitan agencies — through a university-based program funded by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, over a six-year period. Currently advising on federal critical infrastructure policy. This session draws directly from documented operational deployments: real environments, real threat landscapes, and a security operations architecture producing verifiable outcomes over multi-year operating periods.
